Who This Is For

Closers receive a mix of inbound leads and inbound appointments. Their day is a combination of generating new opportunities, closing inbound opportunities and following up with existing pipeline.

Daily Priorities

  1. Inbound sales calls
  2. Speed-to-booking (triage new inbound bookings immediately)
  3. Pipeline management + follow-up
  4. Outbound calling (no-shows, reschedules, old pipeline, new leads)

What We Expect

Requirements

  • Ironclad work ethic. You’re in it to win it, including weekends when needed and responding to clients within 24 hours
  • 2+ Years closing in HTS
  • Ability to work EST hours
  • Self-sufficient with strong time management
  • Takes ownership. Doesn’t blame others, owns mistakes, and actively improves

  • Attend all meetings on time, camera on, in a clean work environment
  • Fast, clear communication with leadership
  • Do what you say you’re going to do
  • Don’t do the minimum
  • Show up prepared
  • Hit KPIs (No exceptions)

KPIs

Activity Requirements

1. Speed-to-Booking

  • Average response time ≤ 2 hours 

2. CRM Accuracy

  • ≤ 5% error rate (missing notes, wrong statuses, unlogged activity)

3. Total Dials

  • 50 dials/day minimum
    • 1 close → 25 dials
    • 3+ closes → no dial requirement

Success Metrics

  • 15% close rate on booked calls
  • 30% close rate on calls taken
  • All KPIs hit consistently
  • Clean pipeline, clean data, reliable follow-upClean notes + EOD reporting + update crm data
  • Attend all team meetings (these take precedence over sales calls unless actively closing)
