Who This Is For

  • Someone ready and capable of running fully outbound, self-generated sets for 90 days
  • An A+ closer who is organized and able to build and manage their own pipeline
  • Someone who does not solely rely on inbound volume and can self-set and self-close consistently

What We Expect

Requirements

  • Ironclad work ethic. You’re in it to win it, including weekends when needed and responding to clients within 24 hours
  • 1–2 years of sales experience
  • Ability to work EST hours
  • Self-sufficient with strong time management
  • Takes ownership. Doesn’t blame others, owns mistakes, and actively improves

Non-Negotiables

  • Attend all meetings on time, camera on, in a clean work environment
  • Fast, clear communication with leadership
  • Do what you say you’re going to do
  • Don’t do the minimum
  • Show up prepared
  • Hit KPIs (No exceptions)

KPIs

Activity Requirements

  • 200 dials per day
    • Reduced to 150 dials if 4+ sets are booked
  • 15 sets per week
  • All data accurately updated in the CRM
  • Mandatory attendance at all meetings and trainings

Success Metrics

  • 15% close rate on set appointments
  • $750+ cash collected per booked call
  • Consistent weekly KPI performance
  • Ability to fill your own calendar without relying on inbound leads
