WHO WE SERVE
Our clients are professional service firms selling high-ticket services to wealthy individuals,established businesses, and other professional firms. They operate in high-trust, compliance-sensitive environments where the quality of the sales conversation matters as much as the quality of the service.
The firms we work with include tax strategists, accounting firms, CPAs, business and estate planning attorneys, financial service providers, wealth management firms, fractional CFO practices, real estate and short-term rental coaches, and compliance-heavy consulting firms. These are businesses where a single client relationship can be worth $25,000 to $250,000 or more.
They come to us because the founder is still doing sales, leads are falling through the cracks,and they have no real pipeline visibility or trained sales staff. They are ready to build a professional sales operation and need a partner who can execute it completely.

THE ROLE
This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for the full client acquisition cycle at NetRevenue. You will generate your own pipeline, build referral and partnership relationships, and close new clients directly. You will work alongside our Chief Growth Officer and serve as a second pillar of our business development function.
Inbound opportunities will come through paid advertising and AI-driven outreach, and you will close those. But the expectation is that ameaningful portion of your pipeline is self-generated through your own network,outbound efforts, and referral relationships you build and maintain.
Core Responsibilities:
• Generate self-sourced pipeline through direct outreach, personal network and relationship development
• Build and manage referral partnerships with accountants, attorneys, financial advisors, and adjacent professional service firms
• Establish strategic affiliate partnerships that create recurring deal flow
• Attend live events and industry networking functions to build relationships and generate opportunities
• Close new client contracts for NetRevenue's done-for-you sales team service
• Manage your own pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records
• Collaborate with internal leadership on deal structure, client fit, and onboarding handoffs
WHO THIS IS FOR
This role was written for a specific type of person. If this describes you, keep reading.
• You have 3 or more years closing high-ticket deals in an agency, professional services, or B2B environment. You have closed multiple six-figure engagements and you know how to navigate a room full of wealthy, skeptical professionals.
• You have sold to or along side affluent business owners, executives, attorneys, accountants, or financial professionals. You understand how these people think, what they care about,and what it takes to earn their trust.
• You are well connected. You have built real relationships in your career, not just a contact list. People take your calls. They refer you business. You are the person others think of when a name comes to mind.
• You have energy. You walk into a room and people notice. You are sharp, personable, and people genuinely enjoytalking to you. That is not a soft skill, it is a commercial advantage and you know it.
• You have worked inside an agency, a sales organization, or a service-based business and you understand the operational side of what it means to deliver for a client after the deal isclosed.
• You are currently earning well, but you know you are capped. Your current role does not give you a direct stake in the upside of what you produce. You have thought about building something on your own but theright platform was never there. This is that platform.
• Bonus: you have direct experience at a competitor in the sales-as-a-service, revenue operations, or sales enablement space.
WHAT WE EXPECT
Requirements
• 3 or more years of high-ticket closing experience in an agency, professional services, or B2B environment
• Demonstrated track record of self-generating pipeline, not just closing inbound volume
• Experience selling to or with affluent businessowners, executives, or professional servicefirm operators
• Existing network of potential referral partners, introducers, or direct prospects
• Ability to work EST hours and respond within business hours
• Strong pipeline discipline and CRM hygiene

COMPENSATION
Fully performance based | Commission and revenue share
HOW TO APPLY
This is one of the most significant roles we have opened inside NetRevenue. For the right person, this is a direct piece of the upside of a company generating tens of millions of dollars annually for our clients, with a revenue share structure that compounds as long as your clients stay. There is noceiling on what this earns.
